Not sure what style you are. You’re not alone. Most men don’t have a clue as to what their style and colour is and very little seems to care. It seems to be that the men of the UK are recognising that they need to smarten up the act a bit and realise that looking good is not just the domain of the ladies. The first thing that you need to do is know what your measurements are. Just because it looks nice is no guide to something that will suit you. Wearing an extra large when you are medium will simply make you look like a tent and not the “baggy” that you’re going for. Also the Nineties were 30 years ago. Fitted stuff is where it’s at. Conversely don’t kid yourself you are a medium. Those moobs and tummy are not doing you any favours.
Buy to your size but also look at what your colours are. It’s quite simple to get an A4 sheet and place each one up against your face. The ones that don’t make you look washed out are your colours. You never know you might actual rock Yellow (it’s tricky colour to pull off to be fair).
