A lack of sleep seems to be part of modern life. With many adults regularly not getting enough sleep. - Refrain from drinking coffee or tea to close to bedtime. - Take a bath. Yes, that’s right, lounge into a nice warm, but not scalding, bath before you start the to go to bed process. This relaxed approached will calm the mind and let your think out all the events of the day before you go to bed. - Get a routine going and set a time. Stick to the time as well. Know you going to bed at ten, tell people that’s your bedtime and not to disturb you. If you have a bedtime it will make the other items above a lot easier to see through. Sweet dreams.
