What to do in the six weeks of summer holidays, school is out for summer in Gloucestershire.

Most parents find the long six weeks of the summer holidays difficult, trying to juggle work and childcare can prove to be costly if not impossible!  If you are lucky enough to have parents that can help with looking after your children, then take advantage of this.  Grandparents love to spend quality time with their grandchildren and will happily spend hours playing in the garden or doing arts and craft with them.  They will also have a great time taking the youngsters to Playgrounds Cheltenham, Gloucester, Tewkesbury, and Cirencester.

Most of the playgrounds are kept up together, safe, and well maintained by grounds men and women after being designed and fitted by a company such as https://www.greenfieldsltd.co.uk/services/playgrounds-and-parks/  Grandparents have the expertise and hands on practise of bringing up their own children so are dab hands at keeping your little ones safe and happy. If you don’t have the luxury of being able to rely on grandparents then either other family members, friends or school holiday clubs are always an option. Look in local magazines, listen to the radio for ideas and approach your contacts on social media sites.
